10% Off Ticket Prices - Offer Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The discount applies only to standard-priced ticket purchases made within the promotional period specified below.

The discount applies to both In-person and Online standard-priced tickets.

‍Promotional Period:
The 10% discount offer is valid from [Start Date] to 30^th September 2024.

Tickets must be purchased within this period to qualify for the discount.

Exclusions:
The offer is not applicable to previously purchased tickets.

The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
‍
The offer does not apply to Conference Dinner tickets.

‍Usage Limitations:
This offer is limited to one use per transaction.

There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased with the discount in a single transaction.

‍Refunds and Exchanges:
Please contact us as soon as possible on finance@compassionatemind.co.uk for any cancellations. If a ticket purchased with the 10% discount, refunds will be based on the discounted price paid minus administration fee if cancellations are received in writing up to six weeks (28th August 2024) before the event. 

Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund and you will be able to transfer your event fee to a future event within 12 months. The transfer value will be based on the discounted price paid minus administration fee. The discount cannot be transferred to a different event.
